The approach

BPMN on Camunda 8 combines deterministic process orchestration with dynamic agent-based execution, supported by human-in-the-loop controls where required.

Built using the Camunda SDK and custom logic, it integrates seamlessly with LLMs, external tools, and APIs to extend process automation.

It also continuously monitors process throughput and performance, enabling the identification of bottlenecks and driving ongoing optimisation of workflows.
